Pharmacovigilance is the science and special activities (monitoring, evaluating, understanding and preventing) the damages caused by the drugs and any other problems associated with the drugs. Adverse effects are the harms associated with the use and handling of the drug, some of them are possible and some of them are rare and some of them are dangerous and cause death, Disability, permanent impairment or medical intervention and hospitalization.
